RATES
At Cr8tive Business Solutions, we provide quality service at competitive rates, and have customized our pricing to offer a variety of options to meet your business needs.
Hourly Rates:
Our standard hourly rate is $35.00.
Monthly Retainer:
We offer monthly retainer options with discounts on our hourly rates, to clients who need support on a regular basis:
 Silver Plan: Clients who use 20+ hours of services per month will receive 10% off our standard hourly rate.
Gold Plan: Clients who use 40+ hours of services per month will receive 15% off our standard hourly rate.
Platinum Plan: Clients who use 60+ hours of our services per month will receive 20% off our standard hourly rate.

WE LOVE REFERRALS:
Introduce Cr8tive Business Solutions to a friend and receive one (1)
FREE hour
of service for each new client you refer.

Our retainer terms are as follows:
- Retainer contracts are for a minimum of 3 months
- Payments are due prior to commencement of project
- Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $35.00
- Retainer fees are non-refundable, but unused hours can be carried over the next month and/or project
- Retainer options are re-negotiable to meet your business needs.

Our Terms & Conditions:
- These terms and conditions shall apply to each assignment
- All prices are quoted in United States funds
- 25% deposit is required prior to commencement of any service
- Payment in FULL is required upon delivery of the finished project, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon
- We require a signed acceptance of our contract prior to commencement of service
- Payment can be made by check, certified and cashier's checks and money orders payable to Cr8tive Business Solutions
- Checks returned to us will be subject to a $25.00 service charge
- "Rush" orders will be subject to an additional 20% charge
- Hourly services are invoiced monthly or weekly and are due and payable UPON receipt
- Fees for services are billed in 1/4 hour increments
